New Here?
My name is Nir and I'm the founder of Nbd-Tech, this blog is about things that interest me, so you can find posts on productivity, running a software company and obscure technological topics.

disclaimer: this post is about unreleased software, everything here can be changed until the final version. This new feature is only in version 1.2 that is not available yet, the latest version is 1.1 and can be downloaded from the yaTimer download page .
Version 1.2 will be a free (and automatic) update for everyone.
The idea is simple, just run yaTimer from an external drive (for example a USB thumb drive) so you can take it with you and transfer it (with your data) from computer to computer.
This feature is very simple to implement, but difficult to implement well, this was actually ready for version 1.1 but I pulled it out at the last moment because it didn’t meet my quality criteria.
From all the new features planned for 1.2 this is the most likely to be postponed to 1.3, so I’m taking a little risk by announcing it here.
If you want this feature or have any suggestions please leave a comment on this post or use the contact form.
